Board of Ministers

The Campbell University Board of Ministers is a diverse group of servant leaders who are graduates of Campbell University, Campbell University Divinity School, and/or they appreciate the education that Campbell University has provided other men and women for more than 120 years.

The Campbell University Board of Ministers visit the campus twice a year for luncheon meetings. They hear updates, plan upcoming events, and share fellowship. In addition, they attend other special events on campus, some of which they host, and they are ambassadors for the university in the areas where they live at associational meetings, pastors’ conferences, and other gatherings.

Board of Ministers meetings will follow the scheduled dates of the Campbell University Divinity School Lecture Series. Members will meet in Butler Chapel at 10:30 for the first lecture, and meet in the Alumni Room of Marshbanks Hall immediately afterwards for lunch and the meeting.

Opportunities for Board of Ministers

Textbook Campaign for New Students

This is a great opportunity for Board of Ministers to engage with our new students by donating the cost of the students’ textbooks for the Introduction to Theological Education class – a required class for all of our new students. This opportunity is a wonderful encouragement to our new students, as you know textbooks can be expensive! Covering the cost of these textbooks is a small way we can offer support to these students as they begin their journey through Divinity School. Each set of books paid for by the Board of Ministers will include a bookmark to let students know that their books were paid for by ministers who care about their education. The cost of the textbooks per student is $52.

If you would like to participate in this great ministry opportunity, please send a check to Campbell University Divinity School, PO Drawer 4050, Buies Creek, NC 27506, and a note “student textbook gift” on the memo line. If you have any questions, please contact the Divinity School at 910-893-1830.
