Scholarships and Grants
Full-Tuition Scholarships
A maximum of four full-tuition scholarships may be awarded annually to qualified students. Applicants who may qualify will have a minimum grade point average of 3.3 on a 4.0 scale, will possess superb leadership skills, and will demonstrate active participation in local congregations. Invitations to the full-tuition scholarship program are extended by the Financial Aid Committee of the Campbell University Divinity School. See Honors Scholarship Competition information here.
Endowed Scholarships
Endowed scholarships are available for qualified students. Primary criteria include grade point average, meeting the requirements of the individual scholarships, and full-time student status. Students on academic restriction may be excluded from receiving scholarships.
Cooperative Baptist Fellowship Leadership Scholarships
A limited number of Cooperative Baptist Fellowship Leadership Scholarships are available to students who support the ministry of the Cooperative Baptist Fellowship. These scholarships currently provide $4000 per year to recipients. Invitations to the Cooperative Baptist Fellowship Leadership Scholarship program are extended by the Financial Aid Committee of the Campbell University Divinity School.
Cooperative Baptist Fellowship of North Carolina Scholarships
A limited number of Cooperative Baptist Fellowship of North Carolina Scholarships are available to students who support the ministry of the Cooperative Baptist Fellowship of North Carolina. These scholarships currently provide approximately $2200 per year to recipients. Invitations to the Cooperative Baptist Fellowship of North Carolina Scholarship program are extended by the Financial Aid Committee of the Campbell University Divinity School.
Charles B. Keesee Educational Fund

Baptist students who are residents of North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia may apply for grants from the Charles B. Keesee Educational Fund. (Students must have lived in one of these states for at least 12 months immediately prior to entering any educational institution.) Grants from the Charles B. Keesee Educational Fund are up to a maximum of $5000 per student per year and an additional award is available for summer school. Grant applications must be submitted by April 1 of each academic year for the next full academic year. Grants are awarded on a yearly basis.
Institutional Aid
New Student Aid
A first-year award is available to assist new full-time students with the costs associated with starting a new program of study. This aid currently provides $20 per semester hour to qualified students.
Direct Aid
Need-based financial assistance is coordinated by the Director of Admissions. These grants are subject to the availability of funds. Qualified recipients will be full-time students and will demonstrate substantial need.

Baptist Women in Ministry of NC Scholarship
Who can apply? The scholarships from BWIM,NC provide financial assistance to worthy women pursuing graduate degrees in theological education at North Carolina Baptist institutions. Scholarships are awarded to women who exhibit a clear call and commitment to vocational Christian ministry, academic excellence, demonstrated leadership skills, and expressed support of inclusiveness in all dimensions of life.
How to apply: The Campbell Divinity School Financial Aid Committee will nominate a scholarship recipient each year. To be considered, contact the Divinity School Admissions Office.
